Steps to Register a Portal Account

  1. ACCESS THE SOIN PORTAL

  2. NEW ATHLETE / FAMILY: Create Account → Register Athlete → Medical + Eligibility → Form Renewal

  3. COACH: Coach Profile → Class A Requirements → Background Check → Coach Education

  4. 4. UNIFIED PARTNER: Unified Partner Profile → Class A Requirements → Background Check

  5. GENERAL VOLUNTEER: Volunteer Registration → Class A or Class B Requirements → Event Registration
